Huddersfield Giants have kept alive their hopes of taking the league leaders shield in Super League with a 34-20 victory against Hull FC at the KC Stadium.
The hosts got off to a great start after Jordan Rankin went over from dummy half before the Giants lost Craig Huby to the sin bin in the early stages.
However, despite playing with 12 men, Huddersfield hit back with tries from Aaron Murphy and Jake Connor to take the lead.
Paul Anderson's side extended their lead to 14-4 when Jack Hughes broke through the line before offloading to Scott Grix, but Rankin scored a second try for Hull to reduce the arrears.
Danny Brough's penalty gave Huddersfield an 18-10 half-time advantage, but that deficit was wiped out in 10 second-half minutes as scores from Josh Bowden and Kirk Yeaman put the Humberside outfit ahead.
However, further tries from Connor and Jermaine McGillvary put the visitors into the lead before Jamie Ellis picked up a Brough grubber kick to seal victory in the final minute.
