FIFA has rejected requests for another vote to choose the hosts for the 2022 World Cup.
Qatar were chosen to host the tournament under controversial circumstances, with former FIFA executive Mohamed Bin Hammam offering payments to football officials in return for supporting their bid.
FIFA cleared Qatar of any wrongdoing last November but the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) said that a re-vote was necessary during a debate last Thursday.
The world's governing body rejected PACE's claims and cleared Qatar of any involvement in any payments made by Bin Hammam.
