Mick McCarthy challenges skipper Roger Johnson to rediscover his early season form against Manchester United.

Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Mick McCarthy has challenged captain Roger Johnson to rediscover his early season form.

Johnson, 28, has fallen out of favour with McCarthy despite a promising start to his Wolves career but has been recalled for tomorrow's Premier League match against Manchester United.

"He has to be at his best like in the first three games of the season when he was terrific," said the Wolves boss.

Johnson joined Wolves for an undisclosed fee from Birmingham in the summer.
