West Bromwich Albion have denied that goalkeeping coach Dean Kiely will move to Portsmouth.
Former Baggies assistant Michael Appleton took over as manager at Fratton Park last week, but the Midlands club have played down talk of a switch for their 41-year-old coach.
"I've seen the newspaper articles and there's nothing in it," said sporting director Dan Ashworth.
"As I understand it, Michael's gone into Portsmouth on his own.
"I don't think he's taking in any other staff. All of our staff are happy and well contracted and we think a lot of all of them."
West Brom coninue their Premier League campaign at home to Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.
