Tony Pulis: 'Saido Berahino could still leave West Bromwich Albion'

Tony Pulis admits that Saido Berahino's future at West Bromwich Albion is still in doubt.

West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Pulis has admitted that Saido Berahino's future at the club remains unclear.

The striker has been persistently linked with a move away from The Hawthorns in recent months, with Tottenham Hotspur among the teams reportedly chasing his signature.

Pulis is eager to keep Berahino, but the Welshman concedes that a big offer could force the Baggies to sell the 22-year-old.

"If the money's not right he won't go, but if somebody came in and blew you out of the water then the club would think about it," he told reporters.

"I don't want to lose him. If he left I don't think it would be good for his development. He's a regular here, the supporters really appreciate a good player and what he's done for the football club.

"He's integrated much more with the group now than what he had when I first came. He's a good lad and a good player, and we want to try to keep those players."

West Brom are back in Premier League action on Saturday when they travel to Watford.
