Swedish striker Markus Rosenberg is due for a medical at West Bromwich Albion and could complete a move to the Premier League in the next 24 hours.
Rosenberg has agreed a deal at the Hawthorns after becoming a free agent this summer, according to the Daily Mail. He is available on a free after leaving Bundesliga side Werder Bremen at the end of last season.
The 29-year-old is an experienced international forward, playing 33 times for Sweden including two appearances at Euro 2012.
The striker could become Steve Clarke's fourth summer signing, with the Baggies having already recruited Claudio Yacob, Yassine El Ghanassy and Ben Foster during the close season.
