Report: West Bromwich Albion interested in Garath McCleary

West Bromwich Albion are reportedly considering making a bid for Reading winger Garath McCleary.

West Bromwich Albion have reportedly identified Reading winger Garath McCleary as a potential summer signing.

The Jamaica international has a year left on his contract with the Championship side, but has been linked with a move away from the club during the current transfer window.

According to Sky Sports News, the Baggies are considering making a bid for the 27-year-old as they look to rebuild their squad under new manager Alan Irvine.

However, Reading will not finalise any deal involving McCleary until the takeover at the Madejski Stadium has been completed.
