West Bromwich Albion midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu has apologised for his sending off in the 3-1 defeat to West Ham United in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Mulumbu kicked the ball at West Ham's Gary O'Neil late in the game and has since taken to Twitter to ask for forgiveness from the West Brom fans.
"I'm really sorry about what happened this afternoon, it doesn't look like me," Mulumbu said.
"It's not a good example for the kids and all the WBA supporters."
West Brom remain eighth after the result.
