Watford striker Troy Deeney believes that his side are capable of outplaying any team in the Championship next season.
The Hornets were denied promotion to the Premier League after losing in the Championship playoff final to Crystal Palace, but Deeney is confident that his side can continue to develop during this campaign.
The 25-year-old told the club's official website: "Obviously everyone knows how we want to play. We've had to add a few bits to our game now. Teams are not going to want to leave space in behind so we have to work on different things.
"We feel the way that we train, the way we play, we can implement our style on anybody. Anyone who watched the Manchester City game in the FA Cup last year will know that we did well in patches.
"I think we are capable of implementing our style of play on anyone on the day, it's just making sure that we're on our day more often that not which is the hardest part."
Deeney netted 20 goals for the Vicarage Road outfit last season.
