Chris Coleman has named Burnley striker Sam Vokes in his latest Wales squad for the first time in more than a year.
The 25-year-old spent nine months on the sidelines with a knee injury, but made his first-team start in last weekend's 1-0 win over Manchester City.
Wayne Hennessey, Ashley Williams, James Collins, Ben Davies, Neil Taylor, Joe Allen, Joe Ledley, Aaron Ramsey and Tom Lawrence make up the Premier League contingent in the squad.
Real Madrid star Gareth Bale, who has been struggling to keep his club's fans happy, has also made the 23-man party for a Euro 2016 qualifier against Israel in Haifa on March 28.
Wales are currently second in Group B.
