Kenya get their 2023 Four Nations Cup campaign underway when they go head to head with Pakistan at the National Sports Complex on Wednesday.

The Pak Shaheen set out to end their seven-match losing streak as they continue ramping up preparations for the upcoming SAFF Championship later this month.

We say: Kenya 2-1 Pakistan

While Kenya have not been in action since March, they will fancy their chances against a Pakistan side who have lost their last seven matches. We predict Kenya will claim a narrow victory and leave Anwar's side empty handed once again.

Indonesia square off against Palestine on Wednesday as they bid to extend their unbeaten record to three matches ahead of facing world champions Argentina.

Meanwhile, the visitors have put together a four-winning streak of their own, albeit over a one-year stretch, and they will want to impress at Gelora Bung Tomo.

With both nations having put together some strong form of late, this should be a competitive fixture. Although Indonesia may have one eye on facing Argentina, we still feel that they may do enough to claim a narrow victory.

The Harimau Malaya have won each of their last seven friendly matches and will look to maintain this impressive run as they begin ramping up their preparations for January's AFC Asia Cup.

Malaysia and Solomon Islands head into the midweek clash on a fine run of results and we anticipate a thrilling contest at the Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium. We predict they will cancel out each other's efforts and play out an entertaining draw.

Uruguay vs. Nicaragua (Thursday, 12.30am)

Marcelo Bielsa will oversee his first game as the new Uruguay manager on Wednesday, when La Celeste welcome Nicaragua to Montevideo for an international friendly.

The hosts will return to action for the first time since taking on South Korea in March, while their visitors met Panama on Sunday and suffered a 3-2 defeat.

While this is certainly not the Uruguay squad that we are used to seeing in recent years, La Celeste should still have too much quality in their ranks for the visitors, particularly with an anticipated boost following Bielsa's appointment.
