Swansea City midfielder Jonathan de Guzman has recalled the moment when he netted a 30-yard free kick against Valencia at the Mestalla Stadium earlier this season.
De Guzman curled home an unstoppable effort in Swansea's memorable 3-0 triumph in Spain, and the Dutch international has admitted that he is targeting a repeat of the goal in the reverse fixture at the Liberty Stadium on Thursday night.
The 26-year-old told the South Wales Evening Post: "It was a great free kick. I remember Wilfried Bony was in the box and he said, 'Are you going to pass it in?'. I said: 'I don't know, we'll see'.
"I've seen a couple of clips of it since — my friends sent it to me on my phone.
"I know my family and friends were very proud of the goal, so hopefully I can score another one like that against Valencia."
A win for Swansea would seal their place in the knockout stages of the Europa League.
