Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has had his loan spell with Burton Albion extended until the start of December.
The 19-year-old, who joined the Brewers two months ago in search of first-team football, has impressed during his eight appearances for the club this season.
He had been due to return to his parent club in the next week, but the highly-rated stopper will now stay at the Pirelli Stadium until at least December 9.
Pickford joined Sunderland in 2010 and has since had loan spells with Darlington and Alfreton Town.
