Team News: Two changes for Stoke City against Burnley

Stoke City make two changes to their starting XI for Sunday's Premier League encounter with Burnley at the bet365 Stadium.

Stoke City have made two changes to their starting XI for Sunday's Premier League encounter with Burnley at the bet365 Stadium.

Paul Lambert has handed striker Peter Crouch his first start for a month after his goal in Monday night's 1-1 draw at West Ham United, as Ramadan Sobhi drops to the bench.

Glen Johnson is the other change from the game at the London Stadium for the Potters after recovering from a groin problem, Kurt Zouma making way for a place among the substitutes.

Burnley, meanwhile, are unchanged following the 2-1 defeat by Chelsea in midweek as they continue their push for a European place.

James Tarkowski has recovered from a knock suffered in the game against the Blues, while fellow centre-back Ben Mee is still out with a shin injury.

Stoke City: Butland; Johnson, Shawcross, Martins Indi, Pieters; Bauer, Allen, Ndiaye, Shaqiri; Diouf, Crouch
Subs: Haugaard, Zouma, Ireland, Cameron, Fletcher, Sobhi, Campbell

Burnley: Pope; Lowton, Tarkowski, Long, Ward; Lennon, Cork, Westwood, Gudmundsson; Wood, Barnes
Subs: Heaton, Taylor, Marney, Vokes, Hendrick, Walters, Bardsley
