Tottenham Hotspur defender Eric Dier has admitted that he enjoys playing for manager Mauricio Pochettino.
The England Under-21 international has been used as a holding midfielder by the Argentine so far this season, having featured in the back four during his debut campaign at White Hart Lane last term.
Dier has said that he is enjoying his development under the former Espanyol and Southampton boss.
"If you're good enough, you're old enough and the manager at my club lives by that policy and it shows with all the young players that have played," Dier told the FA's official website.
"He puts his faith in you and he's been great for me and any other young player at the club. He trusts you and it's just a matter of us repaying them."
Dier, who joined Spurs from Sporting Lisbon last summer, signed a new five-year deal with the North Londoners earlier this month.
