Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane has stepped up his recovery from an ankle injury by returning to the training pitch on Thursday.
The England international has been out of action since being stretchered off with ligament damage during last month's 1-0 victory over Sunderland.
The club are yet to put a timeline on Kane's comeback, but manager Mauricio Pochettino revealed today that the 23-year-old striker has begun training alone.
"He's started to run, he's training alone at the moment but we're positive," Spurs' Twitter page quotes the Argentine as saying. "It's good to see him back on the pitch."
