Four clubs reportedly hold an interest in signing Southampton forward Charlie Austin, who may be allowed to leave the Saints before the end of the January window.

Southampton have reportedly decided that they are willing to part ways with Charlie Austin before the end of the January window.

Austin has spent the last three years at the Saints with a total of 16 goals being scored from 62 Premier League appearances, but the 29-year-old is not regarded as first choice by new boss Ralph Hasenhuttl.

According to The Telegraph, that has resulted in Southampton and Austin coming to an agreement over his future, and offers for his signature will be entertained over the next week.

Wolverhampton Wanderers are said to be interested in Austin as they look for competition for Raul Jimenez, while Championship duo Aston Villa and Stoke City are allegedly prepared to make a move.

The report also claims that Galatasaray are monitoring the situation as they look to add a new striker to their ranks before the end of the month.

Austin has just under 18 months remaining on his contract.
