Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan has edged closer to a switch to Inter Milan after being booked in for a medical next week, according to a report.
Despite being left out of Belgium's World Cup squad by coach Roberto Martinez, the 30-year-old is considered one of the best midfielders in Europe.
Nainggolan has already confirmed that Roma want to sell him, and according to Football Italia, a deal has been reached between the clubs for €24m (£21.1m) plus Nicolo Zaniolo and Davide Santon.
The report also claims that Nainggolan met with his agent in Monaco today to discuss the deal, with a four-year contract thought to be on the table, and the medical is set to take place on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Nainggolan has spent the past four years at Roma, making 138 appearances and scoring 26 goals since moving permanently from Cagliari.
