Gareth Bale scored the winner from the penalty spot as Real Madrid beat Cordoba 2-1 in La Liga on Saturday.
Nabil Ghilas sent the home side into an early lead from the spot, but Karim Benzema levelled after 27 minutes.
Both teams had players sent off late on, with Cristiano Ronaldo seeing red for Los Blancos and Fede Cartabia handed his marching orders for the home side.
Fede's dismissal proved most crucial, with the Spaniard penalised for handball inside the box, allowing Bale to secure all the points for the visitors.
Here, Sports Mole takes a closer look at how each individual player performed during the La Liga clash.
CORDOBA
Goal
Juan Carlos: Made some smart saves, especially in the second half, and could do little about either goal. Can be pleased with his performance on a personal level. (6/10)
Defence
Adrian Gunino: Broke forward on a number of occasions in the first period, but his delivery was a little wayward when presented with crossing opportunities. (6/10)
Aleksandar Pantic: Had a very solid game at the heart of the back four. Helped frustrate Real Madrid's forward line for long spells of the contest. (7/10)
Jose Angel Crespo: Alongside Pantic, Crespo also had an impressive match. Conceded possession on a couple of occasions, but was solid defensively. (7/10)
Edimar: Involved in the incident that saw Ronaldo sent from the field. Has been impressive since joining the Spanish club on loan this month. (6/10)
Midfield
Fede Cartabia: Had a bright match in wide areas and caused problems on the counter, but ultimately cost his side late on after conceding a penalty for handball. (6/10)
Deivid: Got about the Real Madrid midfield for long spells and showed composure in possession. Can be pleased with his performance on a personal level. (7/10)
Fausto Rossi: On-loan Juventus midfielder showed his class in possession, but mistimed a number of challenges and could also have seen red on a different day. (6/10)
Bebe: Has been the subject of ridicule in recent seasons, but the Portuguese caused Real Madrid a number of problems here. Won his side's first-half penalty during what was a very lively display. (7/10)
Attack
Nabil Ghilas: Showed nerves of steel to convert his team's early penalty, while the forward remained a danger throughout. Has been the star of Cordoba's season thus far. (7/10)
Florin Andone: Had a golden chance to send Cordoba ahead in the second period, but saw his effort drop onto the crossbar after outmuscling Raphael Varane. (6/10)
Substitutes
Fede Vico: Replaced Andone 10 minutes from time, but saw little of the ball. (5/10)
REAL MADRID
Goal
Iker Casillas: Could do nothing with the early penalty, while the Spaniard made some smart saves throughout the contest. The stopper is enjoying a strong run of form. (6/10)
Defence
Dani Carvajal: Picked up a late yellow card for dissent on what was a frustrating afternoon for the right-back. Was troubled defensively and hardly featured in attack. (6/10)
Raphael Varane: Had a largely solid afternoon, but almost cost his side a goal in the second period after allowing Andone to latch onto a bouncing ball. (6/10)
Sergio Ramos: Gave away the early penalty for raising his hands inside the box. Found the likes of Bebe and Ghilas tough to contain, especially in the first period. (6/10)
Marcelo: So often a threat in the final third, but the Brazilian was reserved here. Was replaced by Fabio Coentrao 20 minutes from time. (6/10)
Midfield
Toni Kroos: As ever, the German was a tidy enough in possession of the ball, but he could not seriously influence the match. Had a late effort saved by Carlos. (6/10)
Sami Khedira: Handed a rare start due to the absence of Isco, but the German did not really take his chance. Looked off the pace for long spells of the contest. (6/10)
James Rodriguez: Had some bright moments, but faded in and out of the match before leaving the field 10 minutes from time. Looks more comfortable further forward. (6/10)
Attack
Gareth Bale: Showed excellent composure to score the winner late on, while he set up Benzema for the equaliser. The best of his side's attackers. (7/10)
Karim Benzema: Showed his predatory instincts to level, but did little else. (6/10)
Cristiano Ronaldo: An afternoon to forget for the Portuguese. Had no real chances throughout the match and saw red late on for a kick on Edimar. (5/10)
Substitutes
Asier Illarramendi: Replaced Khedira after 64 minutes, but had little influence on the match. Continues to be linked with a move away from the Bernabeu this month. (6/10)
Fabio Coentrao: Delivered a couple of dangerous crosses during his 20 minutes on the field. Another that has been linked with a move away this month. (6/10)
Jese Rodriguez: Hardly touched the ball during his 10 minutes on the field. (5/10)
