Carlo Ancelotti: '100 points will win La Liga'

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti believes that 100 points would be enough to win La Liga this season.

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti believes that his side will need to break into three figures if they are to reclaim the La Liga title this season.

Los Blancos currently sit third in the table after 16 matches, five points behind Atletico Madrid and Barcelona, who both have 43 points and an identical goal difference.

"The standards in La Liga are very high. They're the only teams who have 43 points after the games played so far," Ancelotti told reporters at a press conference.

"For us to win La Liga, we'll need to get to about 100 points. We'll try to do our best."

Real have won 12 of their league matches this season.
