West Ham United co-chairman David Gold has claimed that the success of the club's new arrivals has been key to their impressive form in the Premier League.
Slaven Bilic's side made it four wins from five away games by beating Crystal Palace 3-1, with summer signings Manuel Lanzini and Dimitri Payet on target for the visitors at Selhurst Park.
After a period of change on and off the field, Gold admits that he is delighted to see the new faces settling in so quickly.
"I believe when we go away from home we are going to get something. I never feel we are going to lose which is a big change and shows how far we have come," he told the club's website.
"The goal at the end by Payet was sublime and makes you feel so good to see that kind of talent.
"Over the 20 odd years that we have been doing this, to get pretty much 100% success rate on the players we have brought in is unheard of. They have all fulfilled our optimism and expectation."
West Ham are currently fourth, two points behind leaders Manchester City.
