Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Hughes believes that his West London side should have accumulated more points from their recent fixtures.
The former Championship side linger above the relegation zone in the league table after claiming just one win in six games under Hughes.
QPR's recent defeat came at the hands of the Welshman's former club Fulham, who clinched a 1-0 victory at Loftus Road on Saturday.
"We understand [we have got a tough run-in]," said Hughes. "We have just come through a period where we had hoped to get more points than we have been able to.
"That is a disappointment for everybody because ideally we would have more points on the board by now."
QPR's next match is a home fixture against Everton this Saturday.
