Yossi Benayoun has claimed that he will fight to help Queens Park Rangers achieve promotion this season because the club 'belongs' in the Premier League.
The former Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool winger recently signed a short-term deal at Loftus Road until the end of the season and, speaking to the club's official website, the Israel international promises to use his experience to help the club return to England's top flight.
"The squad here is very strong and is definitely good enough for the Premier League. It is where this club should be," he said.
"There is only one target here - to win promotion in May. I want to help the squad with my experience, and I believe in my ability.
"There are a lot of games and I want to come in and work hard for the club, just like everyone here is already working hard. I want to do all I can for this club to achieve promotion."
Harry Redknapp's men currently sit at the summit of the Championship, two points clear of second-placed Burnley.
