Paris Saint-Germain attacker Kylian Mbappe has insisted that his team can overcome Real Madrid to reach the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

PSG have work to do in their last-16 tie after suffering a 3-1 defeat in Madrid in the first leg of their clash on Wednesday night.

Mbappe, however, has insisted that "anything is possible" at the Parc des Princes, and the France international is confident that his side will beat the European champions to make the next round.

"A defeat is really hard to accept, but nothing is done, we still have a great battle to lead so that we can qualify," Mbappe wrote on his Instagram account.

"We have quality but we will also need huge determination and rage to overcome without limits, but at Parc des Princes anything is possible and we know that the fans will be on fire and will support us until the end."

PSG are back in Ligue 1 action this weekend at home to Strasbourg.
