The court case to decide the future of Portsmouth has been adjourned until January 15.
Portpin, the company of former owner Balram Chainrai, have asked the High Court to force the sale of Fratton Park.
On Thursday, administrators PKF asked for an adjournment due to "a significant change in the terms of the transaction".
They have now been given until a fortnight after the New Year to consider their legal arguments after the court adjourned the case further on Friday.
Pompey have been in administration since February 2012 and are struggling in the League One table following their relegation from the Championship.
