The Football League has confirmed that Nottingham Forest will be placed under a new transfer embargo for the rest of the season after again breaking Financial Fair Play regulations in 2014-15.
The Championship side will again be unable to pay for any new players in next month's transfer window due to their accounts exceeding the maximum permitted deviation of £6m.
Forest have not bought a player with a transfer fee since summer 2014 and any new arrivals since then have either been loans or free transfers.
Fellow Championship sides Bolton Wanderers and Fulham were also hit with embargoes this morning, while Bournemouth, who were promoted last term to the Premier League, are likely to be fined for their FFP failures.
