Norwich City midfielder Nathan Redmond has admitted that he is "extremely proud" of his teammates, having overcome Middlesbrough to book their place in the Premier League.
The England hopeful, who was reportedly being closely watched by Roy Hodgson this afternoon, found the net on the 15-minute mark to round off a passing move.
That goal came shortly after Cameron Jerome had opened the scoring at Wembley, with the Canaries seeing out the remainder of the contest to claim a 2-0 win.
"It was about the team today," the 21-year-old told BBC Sport. "The boys did it. The passage of play before my goal was a team effort. I'm extremely proud of the boys. We'll have a good summer and we'll get back to work."
Redmond, uncapped at senior international level, ends the campaign with six goals to his name.
