Ian Holloway: 'Important we keep going'

Ian Holloway praises his Millwall players for showing the character to snatch a point against Watford.

Millwall manager Ian Holloway has praised his players for showing the character to equalise late on against Watford.

The Lions were heading for a 2-1 defeat at The Den, before Martyn Woolford snatched an equaliser at the death.

"It is important that we keep going whatever happens," Holloway told reporters following the game. "We threw everything at Watford. We keep being punished for our mistakes but there was nothing wrong with our body language after their second.

"Everyone is running their legs off for this football club. We're playing good football at the right time. The supporters were magnificent, absolutely fantastic.

"The boys believed we could equalise and we did. We've just got to make sure that behind every attack we're a bit more solid and resilient."

The point leaves Millwall in the bottom three of the Championship, one point below Charlton Athletic who have two games in hand.
