Raphael Varane is reportedly only interested in joining Paris Saint-Germain if he leaves Real Madrid this summer.

Manchester United and Chelsea are reportedly set to miss out to Paris Saint-Germain in the race to sign Raphael Varane from Real Madrid.

The France international is out of contract at the Bernabeu at the end of next season and is expected to be sold if fresh terms cannot be agreed.

Premier League pair United and Chelsea have been strongly linked with the centre-back, as have French giants PSG, with a bid between €60m (£51.5m) and €70m (£60m) likely to be enough to land the centre-back.

According to El Confidencial, however, Varane is only interested in joining PSG if he does leave Madrid this summer.

Former Lens ace Varane has spent the last 10 seasons in the Spanish capital and made 41 appearances for Los Blancos in 2020-21.
