Arsenal have reportedly entered early negotiations with Leicester City to sign Riyad Mahrez and N'Golo Kante this summer.
Publicly, the champions have insisted that none of their key players will be sold as they prepare for life in the Champions League.
However, according to France Football, the Gunners have been working on a double deal behind the scenes over the last few months.
The report adds that playmaker Mahrez is valued at £40m, while midfielder Kante is regarded to be worth half that fee.
It is also believed that Manchester United are considering making a move for the pair, as are clubs in Spain.
