Barcelona have reportedly been contacted by Paul Pogba's agent Mino Raiola to discuss a possible move for the Manchester United midfielder next summer.
Pogba has still not come to an agreement with the Red Devils over a new deal, and as it stands, the 28-year-old would be free to leave Old Trafford for nothing next June.
A number of clubs, including Juventus, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, continue to be credited with an interest in the France international.
However, according to ESPN, Barcelona have now been contacted by Raiola, with the Catalan giants offered the opportunity to sign the World Cup winner on a free transfer.
The report claims that Pogba is yet to make a decision on his future, while Barcelona are unsure whether they would be able to afford the midfielder's wages due to their financial problems.
The Frenchman has been in strong form for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side at the start of the 2021-22 campaign, providing seven assists in nine appearances in all competitions.
Man United are allegedly prepared to pay Pogba £400,000 a week to keep him at the club.
