Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has refused to comment on suggestions that Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann could be available in the January transfer window.
Atletico boss Diego Simeone has recently admitted that he would not stand in Griezmann's way if the France international wanted to leave the Spanish club.
United had been strongly linked with a move for the former Real Sociedad attacker in the summer, but Atletico's transfer ban saw Griezmann stay put.
While it has been claimed that the Red Devils could launch a move for the 26-year-old at the start of next month, Mourinho refused to take a question on the Frenchman when asked about the situation during his pre-West Bromwich Albion press conference on Friday afternoon.
"I don't speak about players - especially players who belong to other clubs. There is no sense of me speaking about players," Mourinho told reporters.
Griezmann has scored seven times and registered five assists in 18 appearances for Atletico in all competitions this season.
