Manchester United could sign Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Raul Jimenez this summer, according to a report.

Manchester United could reportedly bring Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Raul Jimenez to Old Trafford during this summer's transfer window.

Despite extending Odion Ighalo's loan stay until January 2021, the Red Devils are allegedly still thought to be considering signing a new forward ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.

Jimenez has previously been linked with a move to Old Trafford, and according to The Mirror, Wolves could lose the Mexico international to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side this summer.

The 29-year-old has been in excellent form at club level during the current season, scoring 22 times and registering 10 assists in 44 appearances in all competitions.

Real Madrid have also previously been credited with an interest in the Mexican, who still has three years left to run on his contract with Nuno Espirito Santo's side.

Marcus Rashford's return to fitness following a back problem has boosted United's options in attack ahead of their next Premier League match against Tottenham Hotspur on June 19.

However, the club have still not officially replaced Romelu Lukaku, who joined Inter Milan last summer.
