Manchester United are reportedly giving consideration to reigniting their interest in Barcelona forward Memphis Depay.
In recent days, United have seemingly opted to take a more proactive approach in the transfer market with Casemiro having been signed from Real Madrid.
However, the expectation is that will prove to be just one of a number of deals finalised by the Premier League giants before the start of September.
According to reports, the next likely arrival is Antony from Ajax, who has allegedly expressed a desire to move to Old Trafford over the coming days.
Nevertheless, with Cristiano Ronaldo potentially departing the club after Erik ten Hag took the decision to drop him to the substitutes' bench against Liverpool earlier this week, it remains plausible that another player for the middle of the attack will be signed as a replacement.

According to Marca, United continue to monitor a potential reunion with former player Depay.
The Dutchman endured a disappointing spell at the Theatre Of Dreams earlier in his career, contributing just seven goals and six assists from 53 appearances in all competitions.
Since then, he has re-established his reputation, helped by scoring 13 times for Barcelona last season, but the Catalan giants want to boost their financial position by parting ways with the Netherlands international as soon as possible.
Although Juventus are still said to be in negotiations with the 28-year-old, it has been claimed that they may decide to move for Marseille forward Arkadiusz Milik.

That is despite Barcelona being willing to facilitate the release of Depay from his contract in order to increase the likelihood of a transfer taking place.
However, even if a proposed move to Turin breaks down, Depay will not be short of offers, and the report claims that United would be willing to pay £8.4m for the attacker.
Barcelona are in a position where they would prefer an exit as soon as possible, a consequence of needing to free up funds and space on the wage bill to register defender Jules Kounde in their La Liga squad.
Selling Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang also remains a possibility, but club officials and Chelsea are said to be far apart when it comes to agreeing on a fee for the 33-year-old.
