Manchester United have reportedly dropped their interest in West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice and Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho.
Rice and Sancho, who both turned out for England against the Netherlands in the semi-finals of the UEFA Nations League on Thursday night, have been linked with moves to Old Trafford this summer.
However, according the London Evening Standard, United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has accepted that the pair will be out of reach in this summer's transfer window as neither West Ham nor Dortmund are prepared to sell.
Sancho is expected to stay in Germany for at least one more season, while Rice only signed a new long-term deal with the Hammers in the latter stages of 2018.
The Red Devils are said to be nearing a deal for Swansea City's Daniel James, though, while Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly and Sporting Lisbon's Bruno Fernandes continue to be linked with moves to Old Trafford.
