Kaka, Mesut Ozil on Manchester United wishlist?

Manchester United are lining up a double bid in an attempt to secure the services of Real Madrid duo Mesut Ozil and Kaka, according to reports.

United manager David Moyes has made public his desire to add a midfielder to his Old Trafford ranks, but has seen two bids for Cesc Fabregas rejected.

The signing of Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini also seems increasingly unlikely now that the Belgian midfielder's buy-out clause has expired.

Mundo Deportivo has reported that Moyes is prepared to bid up to £55m to sign Kaka and Ozil to bolster his midfield options.

With the arrival of Isco at the Santiago Bernabeu and Gareth Bale's move to the Spanish capital seemingly imminent, coach Carlo Ancelotti is set to give the green light for the moves to go ahead.

The only fresh face at United since the appointment of Moyes has been that of 20-year-old Guillermo Varela.
