Valencia full-back Jordi Alba has claimed that he is unaware of any interest from Premier League champions Manchester United.
Reports in Spain have suggested that the 22-year-old has been identified by Sir Alex Ferguson as the man to become Patrice Evra's long-term replacement in the left-back position.
However, Alba has insisted that he is only focused on improving with Valencia.
"I cannot say anything as I am focused on playing well for Valencia," he said.
"My representatives are there to handle everything that happens at a higher level. I am not thinking about these things because I do not know if they are true or not.
"I am very happy here and I only think about maintaining and then improving. Anything else is for my representatives to deal with."
Alba has been named in the Spain squad that will face England at Wembley on Saturday.
