Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has reportedly agreed to join Queens Park Rangers.
The former England international's departure from Old Trafford was confirmed at the end of the 2013-14 season following a 12-year stint with the club.
According to the Daily Mail, Harry Redknapp has convinced the 35-year-old to take a pay cut to join the Hoops, who will return to the Premier League for the upcoming campaign after winning promotion through the playoffs. The move is expected to be officially announced tomorrow.
Ferdinand, who is currently working as a pundit at the World Cup, made his West Ham United debut in 1996 under Redknapp.
