Manchester United chief Ed Woodward reportedly reopens talks with Paul Pogba's agent Mino Raiola regarding the midfielder's future at Old Trafford.

Manchester United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward has reportedly reopened talks with agent Mino Raiola over the future of Paul Pogba.

Raiola has found himself at the centre of controversy for his comments in recent months, and has hinted that Pogba would favour a transfer to Real Madrid.

The midfielder has been repeatedly linked with a move away from Old Trafford this term, having only made seven Premier League appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side during the 2019-20 campaign.

However, according to The Mirror, Woodward and Raiola are on speaking terms again as they attempt to reach an accord over Pogba's future.

The report also claims that the player himself has played a key part in the truce between the two parties, with Pogba allegedly asking Raiola to tone down his controversial comments.

The France international has netted 31 times in 143 appearances for the Red Devils since his return from Juventus in 2016.
