Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Manchester United could line up for Sunday's Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur.

Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has reportedly been dealt multiple new injury blows ahead of Sunday's Premier League battle with Tottenham Hotspur in North London.

The visitors are definitely missing Lisandro Martinez (ACL), Luke Shaw (calf), Mason Mount (thigh), Jonny Evans (back), Tom Heaton (unspecified) and Altay Bayindir (unspecified) for the trip south, and all of Amad Diallo, Kobbie Mainoo, Toby Collyer and Manuel Ugarte are said to have picked up injuries in training this week.

Amorim did reveal in his press conference that there were a few more issues to contend with without naming names, but he is reportedly now set to be missing Diallo for the rest of the season and Mainoo for a couple of weeks, while Collyer and Ugarte are both major doubts.

Changes are therefore inevitable after last week's 2-1 FA Cup win over Leicester City, where Harry Maguire had the final say with an offside header in injury time; the Englishman will certainly reprise his role on Sunday.

Matthijs de Ligt might be introduced alongside Maguire, Leny Yoro and Andre Onana, though, a move that would push Noussair Mazraoui into a wing-back role in place of Patrick Dorgu.

After only giving Dorgu 45 minutes on his English football debut last Friday, Amorim might not deem him ready for a Premier League start just yet, so Mazraoui and Diogo Dalot could operate as the wing-backs while Casemiro and Christian Eriksen pair up in the middle.

Rasmus Hojlund is also at risk of the axe after Alejandro Garnacho and Joshua Zirkzee's telling contributions against Leicester, while Bruno Fernandes should move further forward to deputise for the stricken Diallo.

Manchester United possible starting lineup:
Onana; De Ligt, Maguire, Yoro; Mazraoui, Casemiro, Eriksen, Dalot; Fernandes, Garnacho; Zirkzee
