Ryan Giggs is reportedly weighing up his options after being offered the role of Louis van Gaal's assistant manager at Manchester United.
The former Wales international, who took charge of United's final four games last season on an interim basis, is believed to have met with Van Gaal in Holland earlier this week.
The Netherlands boss is widely expected to be named as David Moyes's permanent successor, but United's announcement is said to be delayed until next week.
According to the Daily Star, Giggs has asked the club to give him the weekend to think about his future, while also wanting the North-West outfit to make decisions regarding current coaches Phil Neville, Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt.
Reports have claimed that the 40-year-old may consider leaving Old Trafford altogether to embark on a coaching career elsewhere.
