Marouane Fellaini: 'Attackers can hurt Liverpool'

Liverpool may have the best attack in the Premier League, but Marouane Fellaini insists that Manchester United have the quality to hurt them.

Marouane Fellaini believes that Manchester United have the quality in attack to cause Liverpool problems when they meet in the Premier League on Sunday.

Liverpool are the division's highest scorers, with Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez netting 42 goals between them to help their side find the target 73 times in the league.

However, former Everton star Fellaini, who is expected to start alongside Michael Carrick in central midfield at Old Trafford, has backed United's creative players to do the damage this afternoon.

"We have a lot of quality in attack - Juan Mata, Wayne Rooney, Adnan Januzaj and Robin van Persie," he told reporters.

"They give a lot of solutions in attacking positions so that's great that they have that understanding."

Mata, Rooney, Januzaj and Van Persie's combined tally of Premier League goals this season is 25, with United boasting the fifth best attack in the top flight, having notched 46 strikes in 28 games.
