Inter Milan: 'We are determined to sign Yaya Toure'

Inter Milan chief Piero Ausilio says that he is determined to lure Manchester City's Yaya Toure to the San Siro.

Inter Milan sporting director Piero Ausilio has revealed that he will do everything in his power to sign Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure this summer.

The veteran Ivorian, 31, is being heavily linked with a switch to the San Siro after struggling to scale the heights expected of him at City this season.

Joining the Nerazzurri would see Toure reunite with coach Roberto Mancini, who brought him to Eastlands in 2010, and Ausilio is determined to sign the midfielder.

"There is no deadline for Toure. He is an objective and we want him," he told Sky Sport Italia.

"He's under contract with Manchester City, but we'll do everything to bring him to Milan."

The former Barcelona man is contracted to the Citizens until 2017.
