Brazilian side Corinthians have rejected rumours linking midfielder Paulinho with a move away from the club.
The 24-year-old, who was part of the side that beat Chelsea in the Club World Cup final, is reportedly interesting Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain.
Roberto Mancini is thought to be keen on Paulinho to reinforce his midfield options before Yaya Toure leaves for the Africa Cup of Nations later this month. However, Corinthians' director of football, Roberto de Andrade, has dismissed the speculation.
"Talk about [Paulinho] is just speculation," said De Andrade.
"No offer has come in for any of our players and we don't want to sell anybody."
Paulinho has earned eight caps for the Brazilian national side.
