Tonight's Premier League clash between Manchester City and Sunderland at the Etihad Stadium has been called off due to bad weather conditions.

Heavy rain and strong winds in the North West have led Greater Manchester Police to deem the conditions unsafe.

It is not known when the match will now be played.
