Manchester City have confirmed that striker Carlos Tevez will face disciplinary action in the wake of events at the Allianz Arena last month.
The 27-year-old Argentine allegedly refused to enter the field of play as a substitute during City's 2-0 loss to Bayern Munich and was subsequently suspended by the club for two weeks.
He has now returned to England after serving his ban in Argentina and held talks with City officials earlier today.
"The club has now reached a stage in its investigation where it has concluded that there is a case for Carlos Tevez to answer of alleged breaches of contract," read a statement on the club's official website.
"Accordingly, the club has informed him that he will face disciplinary proceedings and the hearing will be convened shortly."
It has also been revealed that Tevez will attend training with the club tomorrow morning.
