Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany could be out for up to three weeks with a calf injury.

The defender suffered a recurrence of the problem during Saturday's FA Cup win at Stoke City.

The 26-year-old Belgian is now in danger of missing his side's upcoming games against Queens Park Rangers, Liverpool and Southampton, according to the Daily Mail.

Kompany is due to undergo tests on Monday to determine the severity of the injury.
