Kevin Keegan sees Manchester City winning a two-horse title race

Kevin Keegan says that Manchester City will retain their Premier League title this season.

Former Manchester City manager Kevin Keegan thinks that his old club will retain their Premier League title this season.

Keegan said that bitter rivals Manchester United will run them close but City will ultimately live up to their favourites tag.

He told Goal.com: "Manchester City will win it again, Manchester United are going to push them all the way but I think it's mainly between those two.

"Despite Chelsea spending £65m and with Andre Villas-Boas new at Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United stacking up, I still think it's going to be in the North West again."

Keegan was in charge at City between 2001 and 2005, earning the club promotion back to the Premier League in his first season.
