RB Leipzig have reportedly included a £27m release clause in the contract of Timo Werner.
Despite being heavily linked with several top European clubs this summer, Werner has opted to pen fresh terms with the Bundesliga outfit.
However, according to Kicker, the Germany international has been successful with ensuring that he is not priced out of a future transfer elsewhere.
The report claims that any interested club can begin negotiations with the attacker if they are willing to part ways with €30m.
The compromise comes from Leipzig being at risk of losing the 23-year-old on a free transfer next summer due to Werner's previous deal expiring in 2020.
Bayern Munich and Liverpool are likely to consider a future bid for the player.
