Kylian Mbappe is reportedly prepared to sign a new deal with Paris Saint-Germain providing that the French champions include a reasonable release clause in the proposed contract.
The France international has been strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid in recent months but is allegedly now prepared to wait until next summer to join the Spanish giants.
Mbappe only has two years left to run on his current deal with Thomas Tuchel's side, though, and the Ligue 1 champions are said to be attempting to agree a new contract to protect his value.
According to AS, the 2018 World Cup winner is prepared to pen fresh terms with PSG, although he has insisted that a reasonable buyout clause is included to allow him to join Madrid in the future.
The 21-year-old has scored 90 times in 120 outings for PSG in all competitions, including 30 goals in 33 appearances during the 2019-20 campaign.
Liverpool have also been credited with an interest in the Frenchman.
